We look forward to welcoming you and your teams in just over 6 weeks to our event. Below are several details of importance that you will want to make note of and respond to accordingly. There will be further email communication with additional information as we get closer to the event.

1. EVENT SCHEDULE - The event schedule is now posted online. Please note that all events are final events as no category had more than 6 teams. All events will be held on Saturday, April 13.

2. COMPLIMENTARY PRACTICE ICEComplimentary ice has now been assigned and posted on our website. The rink will begin selling ice on Friday, March 15. There will be a form posted on our website either Thursday or Friday. Watch for that if you would like to purchase additional practice time.

3. JUDGING- All Coaches must have a coach or judge credential to put their teams on the ice. Every team is required to provide 1 judge for each event they are skating. For example, if a team is doing both a compulsory and a long program, that team needs to provide 2 judges or one judge to do two panels. Please return your Judge Schedule Request panel choices by March 15...make sure that all coach's names are listed on that form so we know what other coaches will need a coach credential based on that judge's time. Coaches not signing-up to Judge by this date will be required to purchase a Paid Coach Credential for $50 per coach (using the same form). Credentials will be available for pick up at the Coach/Judge meeting in the rink at 8:30-9:15am.

4. TEAM PHOTOS
- The last date for submitting team photos to ISI for publication in the Program book is March 15. All team photos should be emailed directly to Carol Jackson at CJackson@skateisi.org. Please be sure to label them carefully.

6. GOOD SPORT AWARD - Good Sport Award forms must be sent into the ISI office no later than March 15 for publication in the program book. Forms received in the ISI office by April 8 will assure a certificate to the skater at the time of the event.

7. BOX LUNCHES- Team Box Lunches from Panera will be available for purchase.

8. OFF ICE PRACTICE SPACE- Off Ice Practice space will be available for you to purchase to warm up your teams before competing.
